The covid pandemic that entered Indonesia caused the Indonesian people to change their habits in the economy, this is what caused Indonesia to be in a new normal era with a digital economy where the education, economy, transportation, information and communication and banking sectors are required to follow community trends with the aim to facilitate community activities. Digitalization in banking services, one of which must also reform services that previously required customers to come to the bank in carrying out banking activities. Now in the era of the digital economy customers no need to come to the banks ,so customers can use digital in carrying out banking-related activities. obtaining information, communicating, registering and opening an account or this activity is known as digital banking.
